Our coments about time on the market and signs shows a great deal of ignorance regarding the process.  Price is determined by an &quot;as is&quot; FHA appraisal - listing broker and MCB have no contact or input.  Bids are made on line and open to anyone qualifying- amount of time and extensions are at the discression of FHA. Signs were put on the property - stolen three times.  It seems your compaint is with the prior owners not HUD, MCB or our company.  Some actually do research and understand the process prior to implicating any and everyone involved.</description>
