I have been in touch with the Denver Post numerous times regarding their misleading articles concerning the real estate market – to no avail. Channel 7 called me once as a witness for a builder, but failed to follow up. My stories are as endless as yours, except I’ve been in the business over 25 years and can’t believe how it has become so degraded. However, perhaps the new board and staff will have a better handle on the problem. I was told that Colorado appraisal board was being investigated in October and the result could be that no major lender can use an appraisal by a Coloardo appraiser. Would’nt that be interesting….
