Jeremy Wahlgren of Metro Mortgage 425-870-4010 called me to ask for a comp check. Mostly standard stuff, except Jeremy said he was going to order an appraisal “no matter what”. So when I asked about the comp check, he said they were hoping for about $117,000. He said if the comp check came back at something like $100,000, they would not order the appraisal – but then (in the same breath) assured me they were going to order an appraisal no matter what.
Property address = 13222 E Iliff Ave, Aurora, CO 80014. Zillow says it can’t find the address – and I think they are right. It’s a bogus address.
