Have a listen to the audio.  Notice the smooth way that Mr Paniz complements the Forensic Appraisal Website.  At the end of the message, listen carefully to what he says, and the way he says it – about the value he needs.  I did a very quick check at Zillow and MLS, and came up empty for this address.  I wonder if this address is just bare dirt – but I’m not sure and don’t have time to do any more research.  This could be some kind of scam.

    On the Edgar Paniz, ,there actually is a 580 Green Ash in HR. Another option is using the Douglas County Assessor’s website to locate the property. You are right not to have spent another second of your life on this overinflated request from another Orange County broker who loves your website. It sold for $337,600 Warranty Deed Joint 01/17/2006
