Radu Demetrescu Vulcan

As a follow up to my letter about Nick Beal - it has been brought to my attention there is a Colorado real estate license issued under the name:

First Name: RADU

Last Name: DEMETRESCU VULCAN

The Colorado license has a space in the last name - which is to say the last name is 2 words.

A search on the last name "Vulcan" produces no result. There is no Colorado real estate license with the last name Vulcan.

I received an email from David Claus. I take his comments to mean that David Claus thinks Radu is a swell guy and there is no reason to think anything will go wrong.
