The Chat occured on 7/29/20.
The screen shots occured on 2/1/21.

Note that the part that I typed in, and Huong Le typed in, did not change.

However, the "name-plate" that the company provided - did change.

My name stayed the same.
But the pharmacist name changed.

In July of 2020, some of the pharmacist names showed a first name and a last name. Now, all of the pharmacist show a first name and an initial only.

I do not know why the change was made. But my best guess is that it was because of me.

On 7/29/20, Houng Le was displayed as:
Huong Le, PharmD
which compares to
Huong L, Pharmacist

I have one before/after example.

The before is dated 8/15/20.

The after is taken 2/1/21.

In late July/August of 2020, when the conversation took place ("real time"), I saw the name as
JR Campbell
and his name showed up in the demad letter, spelled correctly

And of course they complained. And it got changed so that now only an initial is shown. So now we see:
