There are 3 total.

The Chat occured on 7/27/20.
The screen shots occured on 2/4/21.

Note that the part that I typed in, and Christine typed in, did not change.

However, the "name-plate" that the company provided - did change.

My name stayed the same.
But the pharmacist name changed.

In July of 2020, some of the pharmacist names showed a first name and a last name. Now, all of the pharmacist show a first name and an initial only.

I do not know why the change was made. But my best guess is that it was because of me.

I have one before/after example.

The before is dated 8/15/20.

The after is taken 2/1/21.

In late July/August of 2020, when the conversation took place ("real time"), I saw the name as
JR Campbell
and his name showed up in the demad letter, spelled correctly

Joseph B Campbell, a/k/a JR Campbell Colorado Pharmacy Technician License Phat 0004381

And of course they complained. And it got changed so that now only an initial is shown. So now we see:
Pharmacy Technician JR. C.
