This letter states that the first sentence of his letter dated 4/6/20 makes a statement about me that is wrong. To the best of my knowledge, Tracey has never responded to this statemnt, and never made any attempt to correct it. My letter confirmed that I had called Tracey on 8/27/20 and asked him to provide me with the name and the mailing address of the Manager of Pharmacy Clinical Services. And that Tracey had told me that he would not.
