I am reporting 4 violations in total.
2 for the Pharmacy and 2 for the Manager:
Hung Khanh Tran.

Essay

On Saturday, February, 13th, 2021, I arrived at the Walgreens Pharmacy at the corner of Iliff and Peoria at about 4:00 PM. I looked for the Pharmacy license/registration. I didn't see it. I spoke to the young woman behind the counter.

I said: I am looking for the Pharmacy license.
Her response was predictable.

She said: What?

I said: I am looking for the Pharmacy license.

At this point, the Manager stepped in.
Dr. Hung Khanh Tran, PharmD asked me what I wanted.

For the 3rd time,
I said: I am looking for the Pharmacy license, and the Manager's pharmacy license.

Hung responded, with undisguised distaste, as if he was doing me a big favor by talking to me at all. And I had a lotta damn nerve. His manner was about as subtle as a train wreck.

He told me that:

The Pharmacy license, and his license, were not available for me to see.

The way that he said it made it clear that he would like for me to leave immediately. I looked directly at Hung Tran.
I told him that both:

His License, and
the Pharmacy License
should be "conspicuously displayed",
where I can read the names and numbers.

I could see that each time I opened my mouth, Hung Tran liked me less and less. I could see smoke starting to come out of his ears

He told me, in no uncertain terms, that I was wrong.

If I wanted to see the Pharmacy license, I should leave the store and go home. The Pharmacy license was available to me on the Internet.

I was (of course) humiliated.

And to make matters worse, the young woman was standing one foot away with wide eyes, taking it all in.

I left the store with no further comment.

Letter of Admonition. Admonish means to firmly reprimand. Not just reprimand, but firmly reprimand. A black mark on his/her permanent record. Dang! I hate it when that happens. Doxepin when the unsuspecting customer was expecting the Doxycycline that the doctor prescribed. I wonder how many customers Huyen Xuen Tran has killed? I wonder how many customer deaths Walgreens is responsible for in the past 5 years? I wonder if anyone knows, or cares, or cares enough to know? Dmitry Kunin and Stefano Pessina, these questions are directed at you.

Rule Citation

12-280-118.
Prescription drug outlet under charge of pharmacist - rules. (1) (a) A (4)
Every outlet and every pharmacist and pharmacy intern regularly practicing shall
conspicuously display the registration and license, respectively, within the premises of the place of practice or outlet.

8.00.30 Multiple Names.
A prescription drug outlet shall only use, operate or advertise under the name that appears on the current registration issued by the Board.

A pharmacist shall not be a party or accessory to nor engage in any fraudulent or deceitful practice or transaction in pharmacy, nor knowingly participate in any practice which detrimentally affects the patient,
nor discredit his/her profession
