Please confirm (or not) that Amneal is the only legitimate source of hydrocodone ibuprofen.
Please confirm (or not) that there is a nationwide shortage of hydrocodone ibuprofen.
Please confirm (or not) that the production of hydrocodone ibuprofen by Amneal is at full stop.
What are the circumstances of the production stoppage?

Specifically:
5a) Was it planned?
5b) Was it sudden, or gradual?
5c) When did it begin?
5d) Has Amneal made any information available to the public (press release, announcement on your Website, etc.)?
5e) Is it correct that both hydrocodone and ibuprofen are readily available?
5f) Where (what country) is/are your production facilities?
Most importantly, what insight (if anything) are you willing to share about when hydrocodone ibuprofen might be available again?
Will you now make a public promise, that when (if?) production of hydrocodone ibuprofen does resume, Amneal will not try to take advantage of this situation by raising prices?
