In response to your letter to me, dated 4/27/23 ( copy attached), I have two follow up questions.

1) Your letter states:

The personal information involved included your....Phone Number.

The letter says "Telephone Number", not Numbers. This would indicate it was only one Phone Number. Please confirm that it was only one Telephone Number, and tell me what what the Telephone Number is.

2) Has nations benefits ever had access to an image (copy) of my drivers license? The same question applies to every vendor that was either directly or indirectly involved in the data breech. Please do not tell me that my drivers license was not involved in the breech. That is not what I am asking. Please answer the question.

These are not trick questions. All I want you to do is make a good faith effort, and then share the result with me.

Please respond in writing, via US Mail. Please do not attempt to call me on the telephone.
