This letter to confirm that you called my telephone (970) 235-0470 at 4:23 pm on 6/27/23. My phone records said incomming call, 32 minutes, from 904 351 3000.

You called about the 2 letters I had recently sent to Mark Bertolini, the president of Aetna. The Hep B vaccine letter dated 06/09/23, and the change my phone number letter dated 06/09/23. You called to tell me you are on the case.

I asked you for a proper identification. I asked you to tell me your name. You refused to tell me your last name.

I pointed out to you that you had called me at 970 235 0470 to acknowledge receipt of a letter I had written that said don't call that number ever again. And when I pointed it out, it took several minutes for you to realize how idiotic that made your call.

When that finally sunk in, you started spewing out bullshit. What you had done is clearly demonstrated that Aetna is not capable of changing my phone number. Perhaps the right way to say it is: Aetna and/or Nations Benefits is/are either unable or unwilling to change my phone number. Gabriel G Doe is employeed by Nations Benefits. Nations Benefits is a (pharmacy benefit manager?) subcontractor, working for Aetna.
