Leigh N Doe, (a woman)

called me at 9:16 am on Wednesday, 8/2/23
the
call
lasted 36:31.
Screen shot
of the caller ID info for the incomming call.
On Friday, 7/28/23, at 12:15 pm, while driving my car northbound on
Havana (a busy street), my telephone rang. When I answered the phone, the voice
on the other end was a machine.
The voice said the call was from CVS
Caremark Pharmacy with some very important information for Philip Rice. The voice
asked the question, "Is this Philip Rice? Press one for yes, press two
for no."
I pressed one.
The voice then said that in order to protect the privacy of Philip Rice, I would
need to enter the last 4 digits of my member ID number when prompted. I considered this
proposition.
As I drove down the busy street, the voice prompted me to enter the last 4 digits of my
member number. I ended the call.
My phone records show an incoming call from the number (855) 418-9359. The caller ID associated
with this number is "unknown". The call lasted one minute (duration).
I tried to return the call. When I later called (855) 418-9359, the
same machine
answered
. Before I had a chance to do anything, the machine insisted
that I enter a return call authorization number. I could go no further.
On Tuesday, 7/25/23, I received an unsigned letter
answered
dated 7/17/23 from Gabriel Doe on
Aetna letterhead, with return address Box 14834, Lexington, KY 40512. The letter acknowledges
receipt of my do not call request phoned into (800) 282 5366, the customer service phone number
on my Aetna insurance card.
After I phoned in the do not call request, I then documented the call with a letter to the
president of company, to confirm that I had changed my phone number, and requested that they
permanently delete my (970) 235-xxxx phone number from all of their records, so that they would never
ever call that number again.
On June 23?, 2023, Gabriel Doe called me on the telephone. He told me he had received
my
letter dated 6/09/23
asking that Aetna never again call my (970) 235-xxxx phone number.
When I asked for his name he said Gabriel. When I then asked for the rest of his name, he
refused to tell me his last name.
I asked him to get to the point. What was the purpose of the call? His response was
that he called to tell me:
On behalf of the Aetna Executive Response Team, he had received my letter, and he was on the case.
on Saturday 7/29/23, at 9:00 am
Called the customer service number
(800) 282-5366, I spoke with MJ
The
call lasted
21:55. Confirmed that my number shows as (214) 666-4321, and this applies to:

CVS Caremark
Nations Benefits
When I asked for the name and mailing address of the president of Aetna, she
said she was unable (or unwilling)to provide that information. I then asked
for the name and mailing address of the president of CVS Caremark, the pharmacy. She
hung up on me.

call lasted
57:22, I spoke with Kiauna P Doe
The call to me from CVS Caremark, (855) 418-9359, she says they are trained
that (866) 782-2779 is the one and only legit number that CVS Caremark (from Aetna)
would call me from. Any other number than that indicates it could be a scam call that I
received, which (of course) Aetna and Caremark would have no control over. This
sounded like bullshit to me, and when I asked for a source, i.e., where did she hear that
(866) 782-2779 is the one and only legit number, she reacted like it was bullshit.
I made a do not call request at the end of the call, including asking for Aetna to send me a
copy of their written do not call policy. She stated that they do have a written DNC policy, but
that it would not be mailed (sent) to me.
