Apparently this is the phone number people like me (without a license) are supposed to use.

I first tried the file a complaint option, but that just gets me a recorded message, with no option to speak to a human being.
I tried again. The call lasted 2:28. This time the option to speak with a pharmacy investigator in Springfield. The phone rang several times, and then hung up on me, with no option to leave a message.

I spoke with the PIC. Call lasted 12:49.
She did not tell me her name, and I did not ask. She did give me a phone number to try. She said her name tag has first and last name. And (she said) the pharmacy license is posted where a customer can see it. Sounds good, but I've heard it before. I wish I could verify.
