  1. Out of state pharmacies to name the PIC on the Colorado OSP license

  2. Is this a pharmacy? Verify the license

  3. Who is in charge? What is the name of the pharmacy manager (PIC)? Is the manager a licensed pharmacist? Verify the manager's license

  4. Are you a pharmacist? What is your name, license number? Verify the license. In a retail setting, pharmacist to wear identification with name (first, last), license number, title (pharmacist, pharmacy tech, etc)

  5. Eliminate (modify) the eScribe mandate. Doctor is required to honor patient's request for a hard copy scrip that can be used at any pharmacy.

  6. How much does it cost? Pharmacy is required to give a straight answer to this question.

  7. Label Law, Best practice, use Texas as a giude. Easily readable font size so the entire label label is easy to read
