I was expecting a call from a Patient Care Representitive/Advocate in the early afternoon. Sure
enough, I got the call in the middle of donating blood at
Vitalant.
So I had to take a message and call back.
The date of the ECHO was 8/21/23.
I donated blood on 8/29/23, eight days later. My blood pressure was
recorded
as 92/57. That is a big difference.
I thought I was speaking to a Patient Care
Representitive/Advocate. I didn't realize I was speaking to Bethany, from billing, the same
girl I had spoke with 2 days ago.
When I called her, she was not available.
