I Called My Insurance Company
on 9/6/23. The call lasted 23:59. I explained that I waited 2 hours, partly because the dentist office had problems when they called Delta Dental and tried to find me in the insurance records.
It's hard for me to tell if the lady at the dental office is to blame, or the Delta Dental that answers the phone when she calls, or the Insurance Company that I pay $860/year.
