I called (800) 323-8104 at 6:55 am Denver time this morning. I got a recording that said the Bradford offices are closed for the day.

According to Bradford Exchange Document, page 2 , your customer service hours are: 7:00AM to 6:00PM CT. page 1

Which means you should have been open for 55 minutes when I made that call.

I tried again on the same day The call lasted about 24 minutes. Emily.
