Return Receipt as of 02/24/24

The "signed" name looks to me like Nicole Gross, hard to read the second name. However, the printed name is left blank. The box for Agent/Addressee is not checked.

Since Josh Andersen is the Addressee, the Agent box should be checked. I should be collecting a fee for training the Post Office.

re:  RX 174112923
Allopurinol 100 mg Tab

certified mail  /delivered Saturday 2/3/24
return receipt requested

The label on RX 174112923 says this prescription was filled 1/14/24.  Please provide me with the full name and the license number of the pharmacist who filled the prescription.

Please provide the requested information via email, or US Mail, so that I receive it no later than 2/16/24.  In the event that you intend to comply, but you need a little more time, please send a message by 2/16/24 and pick your own deadline that you can commit to.

Please do not attempt to call me on the telephone.

If I get no response by 2/16/24, I will take that to mean you are unwilling (or unable) to comply with this simple request.

Response: email date stamped 2/6/24 11:32 AM

email states: Mr. Rice,
Please see attached response and let me know if there is anything I can help you with.

The attachment is a Word file.  I opened the file with some difficulty, and I got the following warning/error: "Wordpad does not support all of the features of this documents format. Some content might be missing or displayed improperly."

Joshua.Andersen@CVSHealth.com I sent you a letter in the US Mail, dated 1/31/24. I intentionally limited my letter to one question, as follows: The label on RX 174112923 says this prescription was filled 1/14/24. Please provide me with the full name and the license number of the pharmacist who filled the prescription. I received an email from you dated stamped 2/6/24 at 11:32 AM. The email states "Please see attached response and let me know if there is anything I can help you with." The attachment is a Word file. Word is an $expensive software that I do not own. I was able to open your attachment, with the following warning/error: "Wordpad does not support all of the features of this document's format. Some content might be missing or displayed improperly." In the future, please do not reply with "see attached" Word file and assume I will be able to read it. I will be fine with .pdf or .txt. or .jpg. Despite the fact that my letter to you was limited to one simple question, it looks to me like your response is nothing more than hocus pocus in a effort to change the subject. An cheap attorney trick to avoid answering the question. Did a cheap approve that? While it may not be obvious to you, my letter asking the question represents several hours effort. And one key difference between us is that I am not getting paid. I would like to be treated with dignity and respect. Please cut the crap and answer the question. Or not. If you are unwilling or unable to tell me the name of the pharmacist who filled my Allopurinol prescription, will you please just say so. I can take it from there. If this is somehow more complicated than I make it seem, please explain. In the imortal words of Dolly Parton, "I'm all ears".
