Letter to Josh

--------------------------------------------------------- -- End of Letter --
--------------------------------------------------------- Joshua.Andersen@CVSHealth.com I sent you a letter in the US Mail, dated 1/31/24. I intentionally limited my letter to one question, as follows: The label on RX 174112923 says this prescription was filled 1/14/24. Please provide me with the full name and the license number of the pharmacist who filled the prescription. I received an email from you dated stamped 2/6/24 at 11:32 AM. The email states "Please see attached response and let me know if there is anything I can help you with." The attachment is a Word file. Word is an $expensive software that I do not own. I was able to open your attachment, with the following warning/error: "Wordpad does not support all of the features of this document's format. Some content might be missing or displayed improperly." In the future, please do not reply with "see attached" Word file and assume I will be able to read it. I will be fine with .pdf or .txt. or .jpg. Despite the fact that my letter to you was limited to one simple question, it looks to me like your response is nothing more than hocus pocus in a effort to change the subject. An cheap attorney trick to avoid answering the question. Did a cheap approve that? While it may not be obvious to you, my letter asking the question represents several hours effort. And one key difference between us is that I am not getting paid. I would like to be treated with dignity and respect. Please cut the crap and answer the question. Or not. If you are unwilling or unable to tell me the name of the pharmacist who filled my Allopurinol prescription, will you please just say so. I can take it from there. If this is somehow more complicated than I make it seem, please explain. In the imortal words of Dolly Parton, "I'm all ears".
