Letter was mailed at the 80014 Post Office, on Monday, 6/10/24.

This screen shot was taken on Thursday, 6/13/24 at about 5:20 pm.  It shows that the Post Office tracking is currently screwed up.  The letter is shown as received by the Post Office (from me) in Aurora, CO on Monday 6/10/24, with no further updates.  Expected delivery is Thursday, 6/13/24 (today). Presumably this letter has made it to Minnisota by now, but the USPS tracking is not working properly.

This screen shot was taken on Monday, 6/17/24 at about 1:30 pm.  It shows that the Post Office tracking is still screwed up.  The letter is shown as received by the Post Office (from me) in Aurora, CO on Monday 6/10/24, with no further updates.
The expected delivery is now gone.

This screen shot was taken on Tuesday, 6/18/24 at about 5:45 am.  It shows that the item arrived at the Eagan Post Office 30 minutes ago.  Tracking information from the Aurora Post Office to the Eagan Post Office is not available.
The expected delivery is now 6/18/24 (today).  It should take 3 (or 2) days for this item to get from Aurora to Eagan.  Why did it take 8 days?  Will Devoted pick up the item?  Or not?

This screen shot shows that on the next day, Wednesday 5/29/24, the letter was still in Denver.  The official Post Office estimate is a delivery date on Saturday, 06/01/24. Estimated 3 business dayslater to get a first class letter delivered from zip code 80014 to Devoted in Eagan, MN.

This screen shot shows that the letter arrived at the Eagan Post Office 55121, and was available for pickup, Friday, 5/31/24 at 11:08 am.  The letter arrived at the Post Office 3 calendar days / 3 business days from the date it was mailed.

Reimbursement Issues

My call to Devoted Member Services, 3/4/24.
24 minutes.
Traviola. Have no record of receiving my reimbursement request.

My call to Devoted Member Services, 4/12/24.
25 minutes.
Gabrial. Sid or called me at (720) 282-3376, left me a message that I needed to submit "proof of payment" for the $52.50. 2:28 PM. Sid is with Member Services guide with the outbound team. It is the "claims department" that handles the transaction. Gabrial is unwilling or unable to transfer me to the claims department.
Confirms that the receipt for the $112.50 has been accepted. Only the $52.50 needs proof of payment.

I asked if they would pay $112.50, in the mean time. Yes, it's under review. Claims are paid within 30 days of receipt. They received the $112.50 claim on 3/13/24.
First he tries to tell me it will be paid in 30 days. I point out to him that the facts say otherwise. He tries to confuse the issue, ie obfuscation and misdirection. I have to ask my question repeatedly, before I can get a straight answer. Eventually, he answers my question by reading aloud to me the script he is given. Clearly, he does not "know" what the claims department is doing, or what they have done, or what they will do. So now the story changes.

Reading from the scripted instructions:
Reimbursement processing times - Devoted has up to 60 days to process request for reimbursements. 95% of DMR's, or member reimbursements are processed within 30 days of receipt, if no additional information is required for processing. If a DMR has not exceeded the allowed days for processing...(garbled)
Please advise the Member that the reimbursement request is being reviewed, to be processed within 30 days of the receipt date.
