Phone Call

Phone call to Delta Dental AARP, member services.
Date = 6/12/24.

The call lasted 19 minutes. I spoke with Tion Doe, who transferred me to Sheniqua Doe. My goal was to obtain a copy of my insurance policy. Shinaqua was some help, but not much. Sheniqua insists that the Eligibility & Benefits Summary is "basicly the same thing" as an Explanation of Coverage.

She is difficult to the point of being rude and disrespectful.
