Open Records Request

This is an open records (a/k/a Freedom of Information) request.

Open Records Request, Part 2

email dated
3/25/21

The Kaiser Mail Order Pharmacy is a big operation. They dispense about 45,000 prescriptions daily, 6 days a week.

They employ 42 pharmacists, 60 technicians, and 160 ancillary staff.

I am requesting the Kaiser Mail Order Pharmacy:
LIST of PHARMACISTS.

I would like to have a copy of the:
2019 list,
the 2020 list,
and all of the changes that were reported in between.
Please.

Presumably pursuant to CRS 12-280-133 (a), which states that:
Kaiser Mail Order Pharmacy needs to send in a report to the Colorado Board,
that includes a list of "pharmacists who are dispensing drugs" to the residents of Colorado.

12-280-133 (a) states that the report is due "on an annual basis and within thirty days after any change".

The language of the above stated rule is unambiguous.

If Kaiser Mail Order Pharmacy is not sending a list of pharmacists to the Colorado State Board on an annual basis, please say so.

If they are, but I have the details wrong, then please explain.
---------------------------------------------------------------------/

Summary

I am asking for the documents that would have been submitted by Kaiser Permanente Mail Order Pharmacy in compliance with:

Colorado Revised Statutes 12-280-133 Nonresident prescription drug outlet - registration

Specifically, I am most interested in:
1) The location, names, and titles of all principal entity officers and all pharmacists who are dispensing drugs
2) a copy of the most recent inspection report from California.

But to be clear, I am asking for everything. In the event some part of the report is not available to me, please send as much as you can.
Before anyone starts to make any copies, please contact me. If someone can provide me with a .pdf file to review, I can probably accept that as 100% compliance. But I won’t know until I see what is in the file.

Feel free to call me, or email, as listed below.

I think my description is the better of the two, but of course I am not objective. I will say this, in terms of BS of the hoity toity variety:

Lee Rasizer delivers BS of both quantity and quality that I could not match. Very impressive.

I wonder how well he would do with blue collar BS ?
